Bath herb Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium)

Has the following beneficial properties: toning, pain and spasm elimination, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect, calming the nervous system.
It helps with muscle tension, cramps, fatigue, chronic headaches, chronic colds, superficial skin inflammations (abscesses, pimples).

NB! Despite its positive properties, wormwood is a strong allergen.
Allergic manifestations include: cough; itching in the eyes and nose; nasal congestion; urticaria; bronchospasms.
Pregnant women and asthmatics should also avoid using wormwood.
