Unlike wood chips, which are also used for steeping, cubes can be reused. It turns out a drink of a beautiful color (from yellowish to amber) with the aroma of vanilla, bitter chocolate, Scotch whiskey, spices. The action of the cubes is similar to the properties of a new barrel, giving more intense flavors.
