Smells of mint, lemon and mustard. Contains essential oil (0.12-1.2%), flavonoids, phenols, thymol, tannins and vitamin C. Useful for the skin and respiratory system, calms the nervous system.
It is used in respiratory tract relaxing and anti-sweating and anti-bloating mixtures for colds as an anti-inflammatory and expectorant. In folk medicine, it is used for rheumatism, paralysis, epilepsy, intestinal pain, amenorrhea. In homeopathy, it helps with hypertension and atherosclerosis.

Preparation of infusion: pour 300 ml of boiling water on 100 g of dried beetroot, let stand for 4 hours. For steam, dissolve in 10 liters of water. You can wash your hair with water that has been soaked in it, which helps with dandruff and hair loss.
Important: before using as a steamer, first throw clean water on the stones to avoid a bitter smell.
Contraindications:
children under the age of 18 should not be administered orally (external use is prohibited for children under 3 years old and topical use is prohibited for children under 12 years old);
in all stages of pregnancy, preparations should not be taken orally – external use of oregano is allowed after consulting a doctor;
during breastfeeding, if the child is allergic, it is worth refraining from using medicinal plants to eliminate the risk of adverse reactions;
treatment with oregano mixtures is prohibited if there is an allergy to all plants of the berberaceae family, including basil, mint, sage and lavender.
