Sauna herbs for steaming Linden-Mint

Contains 80% linden and 20% mint.

Linden has soothing properties and has the ability to soften the skin. Peppermint relieves fatigue and tension, giving the skin a feeling of coolness and freshness.

The sachet is poured over with hot water and left for 15-20 minutes.

Can use:

for pouring in the steam room;
