The sauna mattress is a practical accessory designed for comfortable and effective sauna sessions. It helps evenly warm the entire body and muscles while providing a comfortable lying position.
The mattress is filled with hemp husk and polystyrene foam. This combination creates a moderately firm, ergonomic surface that adapts to the shape of the body, supports the spine and reduces muscle tension. Hemp husk has natural beneficial properties: it is hypoallergenic, does not retain moisture, does not attract parasites and has natural resistance to fungi. This makes the mattress suitable for use in high-temperature sauna environments.
The mattress is easy to place on a sauna bench and is suitable for regular use.
How to use
Place the waterproof mattress on the sauna bench and distribute the filling evenly across the surface. Lie down and make a few gentle movements — the mattress will quickly adapt to your body, fitting the contours of muscles and bones. For enhanced relaxation, contrast treatments can be used during the sauna session: pour cold water over the feet and palms, dip the sauna whisk into cold water and lightly sprinkle droplets over the body, or rinse the body using a ladle.

Care and storage
After use, remove the covers and allow them to dry. The waterproof mattress base should also be thoroughly dried, preferably by hanging. If this is not possible, place the mattress on the bench and turn it over after a few hours.
