How to use
When lying on your stomach, place the bolster under your ankles; when lying on your back, place it under your knees. Gently move your legs to allow the bolster to adjust to your shape for optimal comfort.
Care and storage
After use, remove the cover and let it dry. The waterproof inner base should also be dried, preferably by hanging. If this is not possible, place the bolster on the bench and turn it over after a few hours.
