The owner of the online store Puidukraam (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Puidukraam Grupp O\u00dc (registry code 16449392 ), located at Tallinn, Sinim\u00e4e 3, 13816.<\/p>\n

Validity of contract of sale, product and price information<\/h2>\n

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.<\/p>\n

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0 shipping\u00a0 cost\u00a0 depends\u00a0 on\u00a0 the\u00a0 location\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 purchaser\u00a0 and\u00a0 the\u00a0 shipping\u00a0 method.\u00a0 The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.<\/p>\n

Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.<\/p>\n

Placing an order<\/h2>\n

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and\u00a0 choose\u00a0 the\u00a0 most\u00a0 suitable\u00a0 shipping\u00a0 method\u00a0 to\u00a0 complete\u00a0 the\u00a0 order.\u00a0 The\u00a0 total\u00a0 cost\u00a0 is\u00a0 then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method.<\/p>\n

The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.<\/p>\n

If\u00a0 we\u00a0 cannot\u00a0 deliver\u00a0 the\u00a0 ordered\u00a0 goods\u00a0 due\u00a0 to\u00a0 stock\u00a0 running\u00a0 out\u00a0 or\u00a0 for\u00a0 any\u00a0 other\u00a0 reason,\u00a0 the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.<\/p>\n

Shipment<\/h3>\n

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland<\/p>\n

The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.<\/p>\n

All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-7 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. All shipments outside of Estonia are guaranteed to arrive within \u00a014 calendar days.<\/p>\n

We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days.\u00a0(Depending on the product, the purchaser may not necessarily have the right of withdrawal; in such a case the corresponding products and services must be listed and they must comply with the conditions provided for in subsection 53(4) in the\u00a0<\/em>Law of<\/a><\/u><\/em>\u00a0Obligations Act<\/a><\/u>.<\/a><\/em>)<\/a><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.<\/p>\n

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.<\/p>\n

If\u00a0 the\u00a0 goods\u00a0 have\u00a0 been\u00a0 used\u00a0 for\u00a0 any\u00a0 purpose\u00a0 other\u00a0 than\u00a0 is\u00a0 necessary\u00a0 to\u00a0 ensure\u00a0 the\u00a0 nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.<\/p>\n

To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal \u00a0to the\u00a0e-mail address\u00a0 \u00a0<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 within\u00a0 14\u00a0 days\u00a0 of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).<\/p>\n

The purchaser must return\u00a0 the\u00a0 goods\u00a0 within\u00a0 14\u00a0 days\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 submission\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 declaration\u00a0 of withdrawal\u00a0 or\u00a0 submit\u00a0 evidence\u00a0 that\u00a0 they\u00a0 handed\u00a0 over\u00a0 the\u00a0 goods\u00a0 to\u00a0 the\u00a0 carrier \u00a0within\u00a0 the aforementioned period.<\/p>\n

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract.<\/p>\n

The online store has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n

If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost.<\/p>\n

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.<\/p>\n

Defective goods<\/h4>\n

The\u00a0 online\u00a0 store\u00a0 is\u00a0 responsible\u00a0 for\u00a0 the\u00a0 non-compliance\u00a0 of\u00a0 goods\u00a0 sold\u00a0 to\u00a0 a\u00a0 purchaser\u00a0 with\u00a0 the terms\u00a0 and\u00a0 conditions\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 contract\u00a0 or\u00a0 for\u00a0 deficiencies\u00a0 which\u00a0 already\u00a0 existed\u00a0 at\u00a0 the\u00a0 time\u00a0 of delivery and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to the purchaser. Within the first six months of delivery it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the online store\u00b4s responsibility to prove otherwise.<\/p>\n

The purchaser has the right to turn to the online store within two months of the occurrence of a defect by e-mailing\u00a0info@puidukraam.ee<\/a>\u00a0or calling 58171248 .<\/p>\n

The online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser.<\/p>\n

If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online\u00a0 store\u00a0 will\u00a0 repair\u00a0 or\u00a0 replace\u00a0 the\u00a0 defective\u00a0 goods.\u00a0 If\u00a0 the\u00a0 goods\u00a0 cannot\u00a0 be\u00a0 repaired\u00a0 or replaced,\u00a0 the\u00a0 online\u00a0 store\u00a0 shall\u00a0 return\u00a0 to\u00a0 the\u00a0 purchaser\u00a0 all\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0 payments\u00a0 involved\u00a0 in\u00a0 the contract of sale.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0 online\u00a0 store\u00a0 will\u00a0 respond\u00a0 to\u00a0 the\u00a0 consumer\u00b4s\u00a0 complaint\u00a0 in\u00a0 written\u00a0 form\u00a0 or\u00a0 in\u00a0 a\u00a0 form\u00a0 that enables written reproduction within 15 days.<\/p>\n

Direct marketing and processing of personal data<\/h4>\n

The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number,\u00a0 address,\u00a0 e-mail\u00a0 and\u00a0 bank\u00a0 details)\u00a0 for\u00a0 processing\u00a0 the\u00a0 order\u00a0 and\u00a0 sending\u00a0 goods\u00a0 to\u00a0 the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0 online\u00a0 store\u00a0 sends\u00a0 newsletters\u00a0 and\u00a0 offers\u00a0 to\u00a0 the\u00a0 purchaser\u2019s\u00a0 e-mail\u00a0 address\u00a0 only\u00a0 if\u00a0 the purchaser\u00a0 has\u00a0 expressed\u00a0 their\u00a0 wish\u00a0 to\u00a0 receive\u00a0 them\u00a0 by\u00a0 entering\u00a0 their\u00a0 e-mail\u00a0 address\u00a0 on\u00a0 the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.<\/p>\n

The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.<\/p>\n

Settlement of disputes<\/h4>\n

All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to\u00a0info@puidukraam.ee<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0or submitted by calling\u00a058171248<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee.
