It contains essential oils, tanning agents, flavonoids, coumarins, organic acids, vitamins C and A, micro- and macroelements. <\/p>\n<p>Health properties:<\/p>\n<p>Antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect;<br \/>Speeding up the healing of wounds and ulcers;<br \/>Relieving pain and nervous tension;<br \/>Having spasmolytic and diuretic effect;<br \/>Used in case of skin and nervous diseases.    <\/p>\n<p>At steam baths, infusions and concoctions of bedstraw are used for aromatherapy, affusions, soaking therapy and pouring over hot stones. It is well-combined with mint, balm and chamomile. <\/p>\n<p>Infusion recipe: pout 0.5 l of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of dry herb, allow it to infuse for 2-3 hours and strain it.<\/p>\n<p>Contraindications: the herb is moderately toxic, so observing the dosage is important.
