Birch Massage Broom (Twig broom)

A natural massage tool made from thin birch twigs, hand-tied with natural jute twine. Unlike a classic birch bath whisk, this one is made without leaves — and that’s exactly what makes it special.

What is it for?

The twig whisk is designed for intensive massage in a sauna or steam bath. Rhythmic tapping with the thin, flexible twigs deeply stimulates muscles and skin: it improves blood circulation, relieves tension, and helps fight cellulite and swelling. According to the principle of action, it is very close to a bamboo massage broom.

How to use?

Use it after your second or third round in the steam room, when your body is well warmed up. Start with light taps, gradually increasing pressure and rhythm. Work from the feet upward along the body. Before use, you can gently warm the twigs with hot water. The whisk is reusable — store in a dry place.
