You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of goods bought from our online store within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the goods as well as the delivery cost up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by our online store. If you chose a more expensive delivery method when placing your order, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. If you wish, we can provide you with a return label so that you can conveniently send the goods back to us. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
If you are returning the goods because you received an incorrect or defective item, Puidukraam Grupp OÜ will cover the return shipping costs.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request. We will send you detailed return instructions by email.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back.
