Sauna herbs for steaming Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus vapor is good for colds, flu, bronchitis, coughs and colds.

The sachet is poured over with hot water and left for 15-20 minutes.

Can use:

for use on a heater;

for pouring in the steam room;

for aromatherapy and inhalation.
